Confidentiality and Security

We take utmost care to maintain confidentiality of our client’s information and data.

Below are the steps we take for security to ensure confidentiality

Corporate Level:

  • We sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for our clients to ensure confidentiality of their data
  • Once the project is completed and approved by the client, we purge all the data / information after taking client’s approval
  • If client demands to send the data back, we safely ship the data to his location
  • Any unauthorized access is prohibited in the premises as the entire premises is locked with Access Control Card System

Individual Level:

  • We sign Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with each of our employees too to ensure confidentiality of data at all stages
  • This agreement binds an employee legally. NDA states that an employee can not disclose any client information or data directly or indirectly and cannot use this information for any other purpose during and post employment
  • Each team member is given limited information / data access depending on the job allocation in a particular project. Critical information / data is kept with Project Managers or Head of Department only
  • Every system is password protected with strict security systems to restrict tampering and misuse of client’s data
  • Each user is also assigned a unique user ID
